    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality in our hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in housekeeping and leadership within the hospitality sector, particularly in a very hands-on hotel setting. Responsibilities: • Assist the General Manager in managing daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the establishment. • Supervise and train team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly in food handling and kitchen operations. • Oversee customer service initiatives, addressing any guest concerns promptly and professionally. • Manage inventory levels and assist with guest room preparation as needed to maintain quality standards. • Utilize PMS systems for tracking sales and managing transactions effectively. • Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency while maintaining high service standards. Qualifications: Skills • Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably within a hotel setting. • Strong knowledge of hotel daily operations. • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively. • Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise teams, promoting a positive work culture. • Familiarity with PMS systems for efficient transaction processing. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of operations. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by business needs. • Ability to be on call and stay on property in the absence of the GM. Compensation: $43,500
