Responsibilities: • Work closely with fellow coaches to foster a unified team environment • Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion while coaching gymnastics • Ensure punctuality and attendance at all scheduled practices to maximize practice times for competition readiness • Maintain effective communication with gymnasts and their parents • Travel to weekend competitions as scheduled Qualifications: • The ideal candidate must hold or have the ability to obtain USAG certification for the current season • First Aid certification is required or should be attainable for this season • Previous experience in competitive coaching is a must • Capable of coaching and spotting skills up to USAG Level 7 Compensation: $17+ hourly DOE
