Responsibilities:

Teach GREAT classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method

Lead a team in providing outstanding customer service and membership experience second to none

Drive membership sales and program growth

Build strong relationships with families

Facilitate structured, high-energy, and FUN camps

Be present at and help lead all Little Gym events

Qualifications:

A background working with children

Customer service experience

1 year Minimum of Management Experience

Experience in Dance, Gymnastics, or Sports is a plus!

Great attitude and strong work ethic

Love to have fun and not only smiles easily but finds joy in making others smile

Can match a 3 year old's energy and speed!!

Schedule:

Sundays

Must be available mornings AND evenings during the week

Must be available for all Little Gym special events
