Responsibilities: Ideal Candidate Requirements Solid understanding of all phases of hotel engineering, including: • Plumbing • Electrical systems • HVAC (certified) • Boiler maintenance (certified) • Preventative maintenance • Ability to effectively delegate work and tasks to subordinates to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel • Strong time management and organizational skills Qualifications: • Previous Assistant Chief Engineering or supervisory experience in a hotel setting is preferred (minimum of two years) • Strong understanding of MEP • PM exp Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 yearly
