Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Support the General Manager in day-to-day hotel operations with a strong focus on GOP, NOI, labor efficiency, and guest satisfaction • Lead by example and maintain a visible presence across all departments • Collaborate with department heads to drive accountability and continuous improvement • Assist with revenue strategy, cost control, and sales initiatives including sales calls and client engagement Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a full-service hotel environment • Food and Beverage experience is required • Demonstrated ability to drive financial performance and guest satisfaction • High integrity, strong work ethic, and a proactive, hands-on leadership style • Deep knowledge of the Fort Worth/Dallas market is highly preferred • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • Hilton experience is a plus
