Responsibilities: • Consult with the general manager to ensure that all guest service standards are met daily • Collaborate with department heads and the general manager to develop an annual budget, and assess performance throughout the year, making modifications as needed to preserve profitability • Recommend improvements that will improve the hotel profitability by analyzing department performance and identifying problem areas • Verify that all local, state, and federal laws and regulations, as well as any business or brand-specific policies and procedures, are followed • Deliver support to the human resources department to help them improve turnover management, employee motivation, and staff growth and retention Qualifications: • Showcase exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • A high school diploma or GED, and a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in hospitality management or a related field • A proven record of experience managing a team, preferably in a hospitality role, is required • This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service • Must have at least 3 or more years of experience in the hospitality field Compensation: $50,000-$55,000
