We are looking for an Assistant Manager / Training Manager for our two maids Bothell Location.

No Nights, No Weekends, & No Holidays!

Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

Recruiting and onboarding of new employees

Training of new employees

Quality control

Employee performance review

• Employee retention and experience

• Scheduling

• Customer service

Assistant Manager Qualifications:

At least 3-4 years of prior experience in the following industries:

• Restaurant Management

Retail Management

Service business

Availability to work Monday-Friday 7:30 am – 5:00 pm

• Have a vehicle that will be driven to customers’ homes, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance

(minimum liability)

• Have a good work ethic and enjoy talking to people

• High school diploma or GE

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
