Overview We are seeking a talented and passionate Assistant Kitchen Manager to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and kitchen management, with experience in a fast paced Cafe style environment. As a Assistant Kitchen manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Executive Chef/Owner in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.

Duties
Assist the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and staff supervision.
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality and consistency.
Inventory
Cooking on the line
Maintain inventory control by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
Train and mentor kitchen staff to enhance their culinary skills and knowledge.
Manage shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
Participate in catering events and banquet services as required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen environment.
