Job Description
This role offers a range of $85,000 to $95,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations.
Directs, coordinates and plans the activities of a specific technical department and the exempt and non-exempt work force (including chemists, color matchers, formulators, inplant technicians and technical service representatives) involved in developing and maintaining programs, techniques and data so the product quality is achieved and customer requirements are met. Serves as lead person for a group of employees utilizing established methods and procedures, normally to a maximum of 15 employees. Communicates procedures to all subordinates, ensuring they are understood and implemented, when applicable. Reports to the Technical Service Manager.
