Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

 Manage Tool distribution.

 Maintain tool storage area.

 Assess/Inspect cabinets and tools from Atlanta/repair as needed.

o 60% of tool malfunctions are identified during the inspection.

o 20% of identified malfunctions are repaired during the cleaning process.

 Confirm tool order status.

 Maintain copies of completed tool Req’s/ Track incomplete Req’s

 Carpentry:

o Building pallets for prefab.

o Cut lumber to build forms (templates) for on-site construction.

 Building Maintenance:

o Repair doors and locks as needed.

o Address any restroom issues.

o Organize outdoor and indoor warehouse laydown area as needed.

Inspection of the tractor trailer and tires for any safety concerns upon arrival and departure.

On down time clean up any trash/cigarette buts outside.

 Manage Warehouse keys.

 Inventory Dixie deliveries.

 Welding: Some welding may be required, as directed, for any tool repairs and misc.

projects.

Site Special Projects:

Hanger carts: modify carts for hanging BUS.

1920 laydown: clean up and inventory.
