    • Assist in training and developing team members to meet performance goals
    • Collaborate with upper management to implement strategies for improving store performance
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
    • Analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions to optimize store operations
    • Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive sales
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
    • Customer service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
    • Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems
    • Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience if under {AGE}, or 1 year if {AGE} or older
    • Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
    • Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
    • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
    • Basic math skills for inventory management and cost control
    • Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally
    • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
    • Previous experience in retail or food service management (preferred)
