• Handle cash management and financial transactions accurately
• Interact with customers, addressing concerns and enhancing their experience
• Assist in training and developing team members
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for improving store performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Contribute to creating a safe work environment for all team members

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail or food service management, including running shifts and store operations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate team members
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude
• Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
• Problem-solving abilities and decisiveness in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work setting
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Proficiency in relevant computer systems and point-of-sale software (preferred)
