- Run shifts efficiently while maintaining high operational standards and ensuring all store procedures are followed
- Lead, motivate, and support team members through coaching, feedback, and performance management
- Manage cash handling, reconciliation, and financial transactions with accuracy and transparency
- Interact professionally with customers and employees, resolving concerns with empathy and decisiveness
- Answer phones, take orders, and provide outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations
- Oversee store cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of all areas
- Assist with scheduling, training, and onboarding of new team members
- Analyze store performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Handle physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds regularly
- Support inventory management and stock organization
- Communicate clearly with management regarding operational challenges and successes
