As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, supporting staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction in our fast-paced food service environment.

    • Assist in managing daily store operations and staff supervision
    • Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service
    • Oversee inventory management and stock control
    • Process and manage customer orders, including telephone orders
    • Operate and maintain various equipment in the store
    • Train and develop team members on proper procedures and customer service
    • Assist in scheduling and staffing to meet business needs
    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
    • Support the implementation of company policies and procedures
    • Collaborate with the management team to improve store performance and efficiency
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Proven leadership and team management skills
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Excellent customer service orientation
    • Proficiency in basic math and cash handling
    • Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and other store equipment
    • Computer literacy, including the use of inventory management systems
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
    • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
    • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and navigate stairs
    • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
    • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
    • Previous experience in food service or retail management (preferred)
