    • Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions
    • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and navigate stairs
    • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business or related field preferred
