- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve store goals and maintain high performance standards
- Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and merchandising products
- Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
- Assist in creating work schedules and managing team member hours
- Participate in loss prevention efforts and maintain store security
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve store performance
- Support marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and customer engagement
- Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
