We are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at our location in Lindstrom, United States. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the store manager in daily operations, team leadership, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and maintaining store standards
 
- Lead, motivate, and train team members to achieve performance goals and provide excellent customer service
 
- Manage staff schedules, assign tasks, and ensure appropriate coverage during all shifts
 
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, process shipments, and conduct regular stock counts
 
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
 
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly and professionally
 
- Assist in financial management, including cash handling, deposits, and basic accounting tasks
 
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
 
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet targets
 
- Support the store manager in administrative tasks and reporting
