Are you a highly organized people-person with a passion for fitness and community? We’re looking for a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Assistant Manager / Admin to become the right hand to our owner and help us manage day-to-day operations across both F45 Coral Springs and Hopson Health Wellness.

This is a dynamic, part-time role which can turn into a full time position, ideal for someone who loves wearing multiple hats, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to grow with two brands making an impact in fitness and wellness.

What You’ll Do

Oversee studio operations during key shifts (F45)

Handle admin tasks: membership updates, scheduling, inventory, client follow-ups

Support and coordinate with the sales team

Help manage social media posts, content, and engagement

Act as a bridge between owner and staff – handling misc. tasks, projects, and communications

Assist with community outreach & event coordination

Who You Are

Highly dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive

Strong communicator and team leader

Able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently

Passionate about fitness, health, and helping people succeed

Tech-savvy (comfortable with Google Workspace, basic CRM/social media tools)

Bonus: Experience in fitness, wellness, customer service, or small business admin

Compensation & Perks

Hourly Pay: $19–$24/hour (based on experience)

Hours: 25–30 per week (flexible scheduling options)
