Farrelleys Tavern is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to support leadership at our refined, guest-focused dining establishment in Hoover. We pride ourselves on elevated cuisine, attentive service, and a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests returning.

Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Manager will help lead a team committed to:

Recruiting, training, and developing high-performing service professionals

Delivering exceptional, detail-driven guest experiences

Maintaining a polished, clean, and safe dining environment

Upholding all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards

Supporting revenue growth through service excellence and operational discipline

Meeting or exceeding financial, labor, and cost controls

Qualifications

Eligible to work in the United States

Minimum 2 years of management experience in a fine-dining or upscale full-service restaurant

21 years of age or older

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs

Comfortable working in a professional kitchen and service environment
