- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily store operations and team performance
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to meet and exceed company goals
- Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining product quality and cleanliness standards
- Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize store profitability
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently
- Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling of staff members
- Collaborate with upper management to develop and implement strategies for improving store performance
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for growth and improvement
- Step in for the General Manager when necessary, demonstrating strong leadership skills
