Assistant Manager-Corporate Restaurant
Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join our corporate restaurant in Richfield, MN. The Assistant Manager creates positive memories for all who touch DQ. Assist the General Manager (GM) in executing specific aspects of the restaurant operations, which may include product production, inventory, personnel, sales, and marketing. Work with the more senior store management team to set high standards and create a great environment for the team to work. Support the GM in providing a high level of leadership and team building in order to cultivate an environment which is recognized by the franchisee community, corporate staff and vendors as the pinnacle for our system in training, corporate support and brand loyalty.

The US national hourly range for this non-exempt position is $24.03-25.97. This position is also eligible for a bonus. The base hourly range displayed reflects the targeted hiring range for positions across all US locations. Individual pay is determined by job-related skills, work location, and relevant education or experience

Work Environment
Most positions located out of our global headquarters in Bloomington, MN will work a hybrid work schedule where you will work 3 collaboration days a week. Additional in office time may be required to support team/project needs.
