Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to accurately input, update, and maintain information in company systems. The role involves reviewing data for errors, organizing files, generating reports, and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information. Candidates should have strong typing skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and excellent attention to detail, with prior data entry experience preferred. The ideal candidate is organized, able to work independently, and capable of meeting deadlines in either an office or remote work environment, with competitive pay and benefits offered based on experience.
Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining accounts
Assist with sales
Build relationships with vendors
Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues that arise in a positive manner
Qualifications:
Previous management experience is preferred but not required
