Assistant Manager – Launch Family Entertainment
Launch Family Entertainment is seeking a motivated and dependable Assistant Manager to help oversee daily operations and support our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, lead by example, and grow into a larger management role over time.
Responsibilities:
Assist with daily facility operations and guest experience
Support, train, and motivate team members
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational standards are maintained
Help manage shift coverage, employee performance, and customer concerns
Monitor attractions, restaurant operations, and overall facility flow
Work closely with management to improve efficiency and drive results
Requirements:
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Leadership and communication skills
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Previous management or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
