Join Gloloft as an Assistant Manager — you’ll learn studio operations, strengthen your leadership skills, and help create a supportive, radiant environment for both clients and team members. Airbrush tanning is part of this role; prior tanning experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Development
Support the Studio Manager in leading, motivating, and developing the studio team.
Learn to interview, hire, and onboard new team members in alignment with Gloloft’s culture and standards.
Receive ongoing leadership coaching and take on increasing levels of responsibility as skills develop.
Operational Excellence
Assist with daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and client flow.
Learn to monitor performance metrics and staffing needs to ensure optimal efficiency.
Uphold studio cleanliness, sanitation, and safety protocols in accordance with company and State Board standards.
Client Experience
Deliver an elevated, personalized service experience for every client.
Support the team by performing airbrush tanning or other services as needed (training provided).
Help foster a client-first culture focused on connection, confidence, and care.
Culture & Environment
Contribute to a positive, high-energy, and inclusive team environment.
Help maintain the welcoming, polished studio atmosphere that defines the Gloloft brand.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in a retail, spa, or salon environment (leadership experience a plus).
Passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
Airbrush tanning experience is a plus.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Desire to grow into a management role through mentorship and training.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Competitive Pay: $40-$60/hr (Base + Commission + Tips)
