About the Role:

Join our passionate team at Hounds Town Atlanta - Smyrna as an Assistant Manager in our vibrant dog daycare! This exciting role offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team while ensuring a safe and fun environment for our furry friends.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Manager in daily operations and staff management.

Ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs in our care.

Oversee playgroups and monitor dog behavior for optimal interactions.

Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to pet parents.

Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility.

Help implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.

Handle administrative tasks including scheduling and record keeping.

Requirements:

Previous experience in pet care or animal handling preferred.

Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for dogs and commitment to their well-being.

Basic knowledge of dog behavior and training techniques.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus.
