2-5 Years of Sales and/or Sales Management - REQUIRED (Home Improvement Sales Experience a Plus!)

Build, lead, mentor, and drive a successful Sales Team

Effectively Ride with new Sales Rep's

Set/exceed objectives of Sales Team performance

Achieve Territory Sales objectives with sales goals, performance data, and forecasts

Proven record of sales success from planning to closing with proven track record of meeting sales objectives

Ability to work evenings, light Saturday and travel a MUST

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Coaching, Motivating, Mentoring and Training Sales Team

Identify issues and offer constructive feedback to grow Team Members forward

Leadership by example through successful selling habits and performance

Ensure quotas are met/exceeded by hold daily check-ins

Manage team reporting processes
