Kyuramen is a premier Japanese dining destination known for its authentic flavors, excellent customer service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team and help maintain our high standards of service and operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.

Supervise, train, and support restaurant staff to uphold high-quality service standards.

Manage inventory, order supplies, and oversee stock levels to prevent shortages.

Ensure food safety and hygiene regulations are met at all times.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Monitor financial transactions, including cash handling, sales reports, and cost control.

Work with the kitchen and service teams to maintain efficiency and consistency in food quality.

Assist in scheduling and staffing to ensure proper coverage during peak hours.

Help implement marketing and promotional activities to boost sales.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role in the restaurant industry (Japanese restaurant experience is a plus).

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.

Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and dining etiquette is preferred.

Basic understanding of restaurant financials, such as budgeting and cost control.

Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
