Assistant Manager – Full Time (Milford, MI) Jersey Mike’s Milford is looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to help lead our team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at customer service, enjoys developing others, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll support daily operations, guide team members, and help ensure a smooth and successful shift. You will also play a key role in training, quality control, and delivering an amazing guest experience.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and support crew members during shifts

Train and coach new hires

Oversee product quality, accuracy, and speed
