Position: Assistant Manager – Restaurant / Food Service (Full-Time) Pay: $16–$18 per hour Hiring Locations: Novi, Brighton, Milford, Commerce, MI

What You’ll Do
As an Assistant Manager, you will:
Support the General Manager in daily store operations (scheduling, inventory, cash handling).
Lead and coach team members and shift leaders.
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns.
Ensure health, food safety, and quality standards are met.
Step up and manage the store in the GM’s absence.
Participate in Jersey Mike’s 3-phase management training program to strengthen leadership skills.
Qualifications
Prior restaurant, retail, or food service management experience preferred (not required — training provided).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible shifts (days, nights, weekends).
Positive attitude and commitment to Jersey Mike’s values.
6 months of food service, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
