What You’ll Do

As an Assistant Manager, you will:

Assist with managing daily store operations, including inventory, scheduling, and cash handling

Support hiring, training, and coaching crew and shift leaders

Help maintain health, safety, and food quality standards

Lead by example on the floor during shifts and provide excellent customer service

Step up to manage the store in the GM’s absence

Collaborate with the General Manager on business goals and store performance

Participate in Jersey Mike’s 3-phase training program for management

Qualifications

Prior management experience preferred but not required—training provided

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends

Commitment to Jersey Mike’s standards of quality and service
