About the Role:
Join the dynamic team at Jimmy John's of Belvedere Square as an Assistant Manager! In this exciting role, you'll help lead our passionate crew to deliver exceptional service and fresh, delicious sandwiches to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and team management.
Ensure high standards of food safety and cleanliness are maintained.
Train, motivate, and develop team members for success.
Manage inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.
Support marketing initiatives and promote store events.
Monitor financial performance and assist in achieving sales goals.
Uphold company policies and procedures to maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience in food service or retail management preferred.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
Basic knowledge of financial management and inventory control.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
