Position Overview: We’re looking for a motivated and organized Assistant Manager to support daily operations and help lead our center team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about making a positive impact on kids and families.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Center Director in daily operations and staff management
Help lead, train, and motivate coaching staff
Ensure high-quality class delivery and member experience
Assist with scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks
Drive membership growth through sales, outreach, and retention efforts
Build strong relationships with members and families
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
Step in to coach classes when needed
Qualifications:
1–3 years of management, leadership, or supervisory experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in sales, customer service, or fitness/youth programs preferred
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
Positive, energetic, and team-oriented mindset
Availability for evenings and weekends
