Coach, motivate, and develop coaches and front desk staff.

Foster a positive, family-first team culture.

Assist with scheduling, training, and daily operations.

Sales and customer service experience, preferably in membership sales.

Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

    Positive, energetic, and team-oriented mindset.

    Preferred

    CRM or lead management experience.

Experience working with children and families.

Background in youth sports, coaching, or early childhood education.
