Assistant General Manager (AGM)
Overview: As AGM, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of the restaurant—supporting the General Manager in leading the team, refining systems, and ensuring every shift runs smoothly. You’ll balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, fostering a culture of accountability, warmth, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and compliance
Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management
Lead service with a guest-first mindset, resolving escalations with tact
Collaborate on event execution, private dining, and special offerings
Monitor financial performance, labor targets, and inventory controls
Uphold brand standards in presentation, communication, and service
Qualifications:
2+ years in restaurant management or hospitality leadership
