Responsibilities
Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Manage inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
Train, develop, and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Support sales initiatives by promoting services.
Handle cash management responsibilities, including cash register operations and cash handling procedures.
Conduct interviews for new hires and assist in the onboarding process.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management, within a full-service upscale environment.
Experience in training development to foster team growth and efficiency.
Proven sales skills with the ability to drive revenue through effective promotions.
Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating card readers accurately.
Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication with customers and suppliers.
