    The Role (Why This Is Different)

    We are hiring a sales-driven wellness leader who:

    Understands consultative selling

    Can confidently sell multiple service lines and memberships

    Wants a clear path into management

    You will work directly with ownership and leadership, learning how to:

    Convert consultations into long-term care plans

    Lead a high-performing sales floor

    Manage KPIs, memberships, and retention

    Prepare to run a studio

    Core Responsibilities

    Sales & Client Experience

    Conduct wellness consultations and goal-based discovery conversations

    Sell memberships, packages, and add-on services across multiple modalities

    Confidently explain and position IV therapy, recovery services, and wellness programs

    Drive conversion from first visit → membership

    Maintain high standards of client experience and retention

    Leadership & Operations

    Support daily studio operations and opening/closing procedures

    Coach and support wellness representatives on sales conversations

    Reinforce scripts, offers, and care-plan frameworks

    Track sales metrics, conversion rates, and member engagement

    Step into leadership coverage when the Studio Manager is off

    Manager-in-Training Development

    Learn scheduling, staffing, and performance management

    Understand P&L drivers, labor efficiency, and revenue mix

    Prepare to lead a studio as business performance grows

    Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)

    Health, wellness, fitness, or medical sales experience

    Proven success selling multiple products or service lines (memberships, packages, add-ons, programs, etc.)

    Strong consultative selling skills (not order-taking)

    Comfortable with goals, KPIs, and performance-based expectations

    Leadership mindset with a desire to grow into management

    Strongly Preferred Backgrounds

    Wellness studios (IV therapy, cryotherapy, med spas, fitness, boutique wellness)

    High-ticket retail or membership-based sales

    Experience selling subscriptions, programs, or recurring revenue
