What You'll Be Doing: Your Core Impact
This role is strictly focused on backend management, strategic support, and DPC growth, keeping you out of day-to-day clinic operations and focused on high-level impact areas:
• Compliance & Credentialing Champion: Lead all provider credentialing (DEA, CLIA, insurance) and ensure 100% regulatory compliance through regular audits and documentation.
• Financial & RVU Oversight: Oversee financial accuracy by auditing bookkeeping and billing, enforcing RVU tracking, and collaborating on incentive model development to drive revenue growth.
• Vendor & Contract Management: Secure cost-effective, reliable service agreements through expert negotiation and contract management, ensuring seamless inventory and supply chain processes.
• System Integration & Optimization: Work with IT to integrate and optimize critical systems (Athena, CRM, AI tools) to improve workflow efficiency and data security.
• Team Leadership & Support: Supervise and guide our overseas bookkeeping and billing teams, ensuring consistent performance and alignment with company goals.
• Strategic Support: Act as a key support to the Board Secretary function, preparing high-level reports on compliance and financial performance for executive review.
• Strategic DPC Growth: Drive the strategic growth and sustainability of the DPC model through B2B acquisition and individual/family enrollment.
• Corporate Account Sales: Lead the full sales cycle for corporate accounts (B2B), focusing on the value proposition of DPC to CEOs, CFOs, and HR Managers (e.g., reduced absenteeism, lower downstream costs).
• Membership Retention: Implement strategies to maintain a DPC membership retention rate of 95% or higher, including conducting Quarterly Business Reviews with corporate clients.
• Wellness Cross-Sell: Act as the connector for advanced wellness services, referring DPC members to the Wellness Manager for cross-sell opportunities.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record in a management or high-level administrative role, ideally within a healthcare or clinical setting, with a strong aptitude for strategic sales and business development.
Must-Have Qualifications:
• Strong expertise in regulatory compliance and provider credentialing processes (DEA, CLIA, HIPAA).
• Demonstrated experience in financial oversight, including auditing and managing performance metrics (RVU tracking).
• Proven success in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in a healthcare or membership-based model (DPC experience is a major plus).
• Exceptional contract negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Experience supervising remote or overseas teams.
• Excellent communication skills for executive-level reporting and collaboration.
