We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead daily operations and support our management team. If you’re passionate about hospitality, teamwork, and delivering great guest experiences, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations

Lead and motivate front- and back-of-house staff

Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction

Assist with scheduling, training, and staff development

Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and company standards

Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently

Help manage inventory, ordering, and cost control

Qualifications

Previous restaurant or hospitality leadership experience preferred

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment

Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Reliable, organized, and guest-focused
