- Lead and motivate team members to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
- Assist in training and developing team members to reach their full potential
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels
- Support the General Manager in achieving store performance goals and targets
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist in scheduling and payroll management
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and local community engagement efforts
- Pay range is $15-20 DOE
