Are you a hospitality professional who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment? Domenico's Italian Chophouse at Truffle Pig Winery is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to help lead our front-of-house team and deliver exceptional dining experiences.

What You'll Do

Lead daily front-of-house operations alongside the management team.

Coach, mentor, and inspire staff to deliver outstanding guest service.

Ensure exceptional food, beverage, and service standards are consistently met.

Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Resolve guest concerns professionally and create memorable experiences.

Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS accuracy.

Monitor labor, inventory, and operational efficiencies.

Partner with the culinary team to ensure seamless service.

Support winery events, wine dinners, concerts, and special promotions.

Promote Truffle Pig wines, Wine Club memberships, and upcoming events.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

Ability to lead in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and responsible alcohol service.

Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

California Food Handler Card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
