Assistant Manager – Operations & Revenue Growth

City Cave Near Southside is seeking an experienced, hands-on Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, elevate team performance, and drive measurable business growth.
This is a leadership position responsible for operational excellence, team accountability, and revenue performance. The right candidate is confident managing people, improving systems, and driving results in a growing wellness environment.

City Cave is a premium float therapy and wellness spa offering private infrared sauna, massage therapy, and float experiences. We are focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences while building a high-performance team culture.
Near Southside is entering its next phase of growth and is looking for a strong operator to help lead that evolution.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Operational Leadership
· Oversee daily spa operations and service flow
· Manage staff scheduling to balance labor and demand
· Maintain float pool compliance and facility standards
· Ensure consistent cleanliness and presentation
· Manage inventory and vendor coordination
· Monitor key performance indicators weekly
Staffing & Team Development
· Hire, onboard, and develop team members
· Conduct performance reviews and coaching
· Build a culture of accountability and professionalism
· Address performance challenges when necessary
Revenue & KPI Performance
· Drive intro pack and membership conversions
· Improve rebooking rates
· Increase massage enhancement attachment
· Optimize therapist utilization and productivity
· Strengthen average ticket value
· Support consistent review growth
Community & Marketing Oversight
· Develop and manage local business partnerships
· Support corporate wellness outreach
· Oversee collaboration activations
· Guide social media strategy and content performance
· Ensure marketing efforts translate into bookings
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 90 days, you will:
· Gain full operational confidence
· Establish consistent KPI tracking
· Strengthen team performance standards
· Improve operational consistency
· Begin building measurable revenue momentum
Beyond 90 days, the focus shifts toward sustained growth and improved profitability.
Qualifications
· 2+ years management experience in spa, hospitality, fitness, or wellness
· Strong operational and organizational skills
· Experience managing team performance and scheduling
· Comfortable driving sales and KPI improvement
· Confident communicator and decision-maker
· High accountability and follow-through
Experience in a revenue-focused or growth-oriented environment is highly preferred.
