Assistant Managers are often the highest authority present during operating hours and set the tone for professionalism, leadership, and guest experience. This role carries real responsibility and decision-making authority and directly impacts staff morale, guest satisfaction, and operational stability.

This is not a desk role or a title-only promotion. Assistant Managers are empowered to make real-time decisions, enforce standards, and lead by example.
