Assistant Manager- Part-Time

United Skates of America, a leader in recreational and entertainment facility management for over 50 years, is looking for enthusiastic management candidates to join our team at our Skate land Mesa location in Mesa, AZ . Our beautiful roller-skating rink, located at 7 E. Southern Avenue roller and inline skating, a large arcade, a novelty redemption shop, a pizza café, and the best birthday parties around!

We are seeking Assistant Managers who possess the following qualities:

Outgoing personality with a “Lead by Example” management and leadership style

Previous experience in entertainment, hospitality, restaurant, retail, or similar fields is preferred

Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays (we can accommodate your schedule)

Proven experience with cash handling and control

Comfortable managing and entertaining 100+ guests

Strong desire to learn about business operations and financials

A passion for creating fun and memorable guest experiences
