Assistant Manager – The NOW Massage Pearl

Location: Seattle – Pearl Position: Full-Time Assistant Manager Bonus Opportunity: $500–$1,000 Monthly

The NOW Massage Pearl is looking for an experienced, sales-driven Assistant Manager who is organized, motivated, dependable, and ready to lead.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys developing a team, driving sales, creating an exceptional guest experience, and keeping a busy boutique organized and running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and motivate the front desk team

Drive membership, enhancement, retail, rebooking, and gift card sales

Track daily KPIs and hold the team accountable to goals

Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development

Support scheduling and daily boutique operations

Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and guest experience

Handle guest concerns professionally and confidently

Partner directly with the District Manager, Director of Operations, and Owner

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of management or leadership experience preferred

Strong sales background and highly motivated by goals and bonuses

Excellent organization and attention to detail

Proven ability to coach and hold a team accountable

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Dependable, professional, and able to lead by example

Compensation & Bonus

Competitive hourly compensation based on experience, plus the opportunity to earn an additional $500–$1,000 per month in performance-based bonuses.
