  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Manager in daily operations, sales, inventory, vendor relationships, and staff management. They will also ensure the smooth and successful operation of the retail business and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: • Support the Manager in overseeing daily store operations • Assist in managing inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining vendor relationships • Move dynamically on the retail floor, provide excellent customer service to ensure an optimal guest experience, and resolve customer issues • Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies • Provide retail floor leadership to team members and make decisions to maintain the efficiency and effectiveness of retail floor operations • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets • Handle cash transactions and operate Point of Sale (POS) systems • Communicate effectively with team members and upper management • Ensure compliance with current and future company policies and procedures • Execute company-level operations-focused directives, projects, and initiatives • Facilitate a seamless end-to-end guest experience Qualifications: • Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role • Strong ability to sell products and drive sales • Proficient in inventory control procedures • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills • Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively • Familiarity with training development for staff improvement • Knowledge of POS systems and basic clerk duties Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly
