Position Summary

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in daily operations, team leadership, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. This role is ideal for someone with retail management experience who is ready to grow and take on more responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily store operations

Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service

Train and coach associates on products, services, and sales techniques

Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently

Support scheduling and ensure proper staffing levels (store open 7 days/week)

Drive sales growth through upselling and community engagement

Maintain store appearance, organization, and operational standards
