What You'll Do:

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in daily operations, lead a passionate team, and ensure a consistently excellent customer and dog experience.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in management or supervisory roles (retail, hospitality, service industry)

Strong leadership, communication, and customer engagement skills

Comfortable with tech tools (Google Drive, Gmail, Outlook)

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Dependable with reliable transportation

Non-smoking work environment

A genuine love for dogs is a must!

Requirements:

2+ years of management experience (retail, restaurant, service industry, etc.)

Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills

Tech-savvy: comfortable using Google Drive, Gmail, Outlook

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Reliable transportation and ability to work in a smoke-free environment

A genuine love for dogs!

What We Offer:

$35,000/year base salary
