This Is Not a Shift Lead Role.
We’re hiring a performance-driven Assistant Manager who wants to run a business — and earn the right to become a General Manager as we expand. If you are competitive, KPI-focused, and energized by building strong teams and driving sales results, this role was built for you.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
You are the operating leader when the GM is offsite.
You will drive:
Team Performance Hold the team accountable to service and safety standards
Coach and develop employees daily
Set the pace for energy, urgency, and professionalism
Maintain high standards — no tolerance for mediocrity
Sales & Revenue Growth
Drive membership conversion and rebook rates
Increase average ticket and service upgrades
Lead consultative sales conversations with dog parents
Coach team members to confidently sell wellness memberships
Operational Execution
Protect labor efficiency and scheduling accuracy
Maintain strict sanitation and safety compliance
Solve problems quickly and independently
Ensure the Scenter runs on-time and at high quality

Requirements
1–3+ years management or supervisory experience
Strong customer-facing background (retail, restaurant, fitness, etc.)
Sales experience (membership or recurring revenue preferred)
Ability to lift 70 lbs and stand for extended periods
Reliable transportation
