The Assistant Manager is responsible for all operations of Smoothie King, including the following:
Learn all franchise policies and ensure the store is following the policies
Learn all franchise procedures for making smoothies and food, and lead the team daily on shifts
Supervise all employees, including Team Members and Team Leaders
Assist the store manager in the hiring and training of all employees
Assist in pushing sales and labor goals
Assist in creating employee schedules
Assist in ordering food and supplies
Wear an "owner's hat" when running the store
