  • Responsibilities

    The Assistant Manager is responsible for the daily operations and overall management and direction of our Community in accordance with property policies and procedures, current standards, guidelines, and regulations. You will hire, market, evaluate, tour, coordinate, monitor performance, schedule, and supervise staff in accordance with company policy. This is a smaller facility, so expect more hands-on duties; however, you will gain great experience starting on your own. You are the face of the Company. You will represent the Company to our staff, families, and our network of care providers. Responsibilities: • Marketing to potential clients • Hiring & Training Staff • Work Scheduling • Documentation • Supervision of Staff • (Food) Supply Coordination • Medication Mgmt Qualifications: • Must have RCFE Admin Certificate • Experience in working as an Admin (a plus) • Knowledge and experience assisted living and dementia care • Able to operate a computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.) • Experience in mgmt (assisted living facility a plus). Compensation: $60,000 - $96,000 yearly
