    WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

    The Lash Lounge Dallas- Park Cities is seeking an Assistant Manager who is experienced, guest focused, and confident in driving sales. The ideal candidate builds strong relationships with the guests and team, delivers exceptional guest service, and consistently achieves KPIs while supporting a positive and welcoming salon environment. We have daily salon goals and we need someone who is motivated to hit and exceed those. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, attention to detail, accountability, and leading by example.

    COMPENSATION:

    Starting $20 hourly/ can increase based on performance and experience level.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Support and oversee daily salon operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and guest focused environment.

    Increase membership sales and retail sales

    Consistently meet and exceed salon KPIs, including memberships, retail sales, rebooking and guest retention.

    Greet guests and provide an excellent customer experience

    Book appointments in person or by phone

    Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance

    Perform daily checklists such as 24 hour guest follow ups and 48 hour guest confirmations, etc.

    Maintain a clean and inviting environment

    REQUIRED SKILLS:

    Previous leadership or management experience required (Assistant Manager or similar role)

    Previous salon, spa, beauty, wellness, or front desk experience required

    Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to consistently follow processes and procedures with accuracy

    Strong ability to prioritize tasks, stay focused, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

    Strong communication skills both in person, phone, email, and text

    Strong ability to consistently meet or exceed KPIs, including memberships, sales, retail, add-ons, and rebooking goals

    Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative and make sound decisions

    Experience with MindBody Software is a plus!

    Hours:

    Sunday 11:30am - 5:30pm

    Monday-Thursday 8:30am - 2:00pm

    Available to fill in on evenings or weekends if needed
